Friday September 23 is a Professional Development Day so students will be at home while staff are busy learning!
Our Welcome Conversations for parents of Gr. 1-7 students will be Tuesday, September 27 and Wednesday, September 28 starting at 2:15 pm.
On both Tuesday the 27th and Wednesday the 28th we will have an early 2pm dismissal for all students K-7 to accommodate our meetings.
This is a 10 minute virtual chat (not at the school) meant to provide initial contact between parents and teachers and an opportunity to briefly discuss topics such as goals and expectations for the year, student hobbies/interests, school/home responsibilities and any questions that you may have. Scheduling links will be sent home Thursday.
If you are not receiving e-mail from the school please contact the office with your e-mail address. Thank you!
Please be advised that the Government of BC has stated that the province will follow the lead of the federal government and join with other provinces in observing the national day of mourning to commemorate the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. K-12 public schools and public post-secondary institutions, and most Crown corporations will be closed.
Therefore will be no school on Monday September 19.
More information can be found in the statement from the Premier of BC:
